I think I got all the Trophies for the first game within a month of it coming out, and with the 2nd game I have about 88% completion (it's been over 3 months). I need more gaming time, but I feel like there aren't enough hours in the day.

it's fucking retarded.Īt the moment Dishonored 2 is my favorite game on the PS4 and I still haven't got 100% on it, like I did when the first game came out. it's retarded.Ĭan I say retarded? I don't care. But no, they'd rather push a shitty gamefly like service, to buy games, you already fucking own. all my friends, day one, would have bought one.

IF the ps4 pro had backwards, I could guarantee it would have sold MILLIONS of units. Just so much money because Sony couldn't careless about practicality. I'm in the process of getting a ps2, 2 memory cards, 2 controllers, a ps3-ps2 memory card converter (had one, sold it). 2 are dead, and 1 I bought from a buddy to become my new ps3. I legit have 3 ps3's in my house right now. because I don't want to have a ton of consoles, controllers, memory cards, etc.

I'm pissed off at sony at how terrible the ps4 is, the fact that I have to own a ps2 to play ps2 games, considering the first gen ps3's with backwards have a life span, and, once they yellow light, they can never function properly again. and I believe around that time, ps2 was my favored console. played tekken tag, didn't get xbox until toejam and earl iii was announced, by that time, I had gotten my first super nintendo lol. around 4th grade I got ps2 when it launched. I got a psX when MK4 came out, and I played the hell out of it, but still, went to Genesis. When I was a wee child, my go to console was the Sega genesis. That said, I'm happy for anyone that wants one, but more recently my cousin and some of his friends got PS4's and Rocket League for Christmas, so lately if I have some time I'm either playing Dishonored 2, MKX or I'm online with them.

The last time that I got a console for a handful of games was the GameCube, and don't want to do that again. Ultra Street Fighter 2 was probably the 1 that captured my attention the most, but for that and Breath Of The Wild alone, I'm not getting a console again for just a few games. It's great that some 3rd party devs talked it up, but aside from them saying "We'd love to make games for it," I know nothing else. My biggest issue with the Switch, at the moment is that there isn't enough 3rd party support for me to go "Oh yeah, I've gotta get one." It takes up little to no data and I'd rather have physical copies (just personally love to collect my physical games). DLC that's actually good and is almost long enough to almost be another separate game, for 1/3 the price ($20) of what the original main game cost new.Īs for installation on PS4, I personally don't mind it.

Free patch updates for things that people actually asked for AFTER the game has already come out (they actually listen to the fans). Micro-transactions and general BS DLC practices are why I'm glad that Arkane Studios does DLC right these days.įor as much as people want to b!tch and moan about Bethesda's (publisher) review policies, when it comes to Dishonored and Dishonored 2 updates and DLC, thus far, they (Bethesda Publishing) and Arkane have yet to fail me. rant (aimed at no one here, just a general rant) I work crazy hours and have a busy life, as well, but it doesn't feel like an accomplishment (at least to me) if I pay for the whole Krypt, rather than putting 1 or 2 hours every so often and unlocking stuff. You can't say that you a hardcore fan, IMO, then turn around and justify paying real money for micro-transactions because you "don't have time for it." So, then, why the hell bother with it, in the first place? "Yeah, I love MK, but I have no time to be unlocking the Krypt for that game." Why invest time into a game that you supposedly "don't have time for," in the first place? It's fucking asinine, to me that people want the same shit in every game.Īs for gaming (in general), yeah, I agree that the amount of DLC and micro-transactions these days is bat-shit crazy.Ĭrazy as life can be, I never understood unlocking the Krypt with real money. IMO, every fucking MK doesn't have to be MK9 or Trilogy 2.0. I've been saying this same shit on TRMK for a while, that MK1 thru UMK3 characters can be rotated for other MK1 thru UMK3 characters on the main roster or added back later via DLC, to give post-MK3 and new characters a chance to shine, but then suddenly I'M the asshole.
